Martin Richter and Chiara Toffanin present MuSiC4Diabetes at EIC Pathfinder Continuum Health Group Meeting

MuSiC4Diabetes is happy to be part of the EIC Pathfinder Continuum Health Group Project and is actively involved in the activities of the group. This is why our coordinator, Martin Richter (FHG EMFT), and WP4 lead, Chiara Toffanin (PV) gladly followed the invitation of our Programme Manager Federica Zanca and participated in the Portfolio Activities Kick-Off Meeting in Brussels on June 20 and 21. Chiara Toffanin presented the project aims, partners and approach at the meeting and together with Martin Richter used their time well networking with the other initiatives’ representatives in the programme. As a next steps, several consortium members will be part of a virtual group meeting on 15th July to plan and commit to several activities. A great thank you goes to Federica Zanca for organizing these events. The consortium is happy to be part of this endeavor.
